Losing Weight The Weight Watchers Way

As you can probably tell I blog about a little bit of everything. This thing and that. You name I seem to blog about it. Todays blog Weight Watchers.
Back in September 07 I weighed 210 pounds. Today I weigh 155. I have twenty more to loose and I'll be to where I want to be weight wise.
How did I do and keep it off and still continue to go down? Weight Watchers. I started the program in September and am still going strong. It's such an easy program to follow and you still get to eat. The program just teaches you how to eat wisely and exercise.
I highly recommend this program.
